Talk to the team
Contact Real Estate Management
Tell us what you administer and what currently costs you the most time. You get an answer from someone who has worked on the software, not a sequence of nurture emails.
- Written and answered by the small senior team that builds the product
- One email address for sales, support and Private Cloud: real-estate-management@webservices-engineering.de
- Vendor of record: Webservices Engineering GmbH, Germany
- Enquiry data is stored only to answer you, and only with your consent
Before you write
What a useful first message contains
There is no discovery-call script waiting at the other end. The more concrete your first message, the faster you get an answer worth reading.
Tell us the shape of the portfolio: how many properties, roughly how many housing units, whether it is residential, commercial or mixed-use, and how many legal entities own it. Those four facts decide which plan and which modules are relevant, and they take one sentence.
Then tell us what is actually painful. "Our ancillary cost statement takes six weeks in Excel and nobody can reconstruct the numbers a year later" is a better brief than "we would like a demo". Utility rebilling, contract deadlines and multi-entity ownership are the three problems this product was built around, and we will say plainly if yours is not one of them.
If you are comparing systems, say which ones. We would rather tell you where a competitor fits your case better than sell you a module you will not use. This is a focused specialist product, not an enterprise suite, and it is easier for everyone if that is clear early.
If you are already a customer, put your Workspace ID in the message. It routes your enquiry to the right account immediately.
The enquiry form
Send an enquiry
Seven visible fields and one consent box. Required fields are marked and announced to screen readers as required, validation messages are plain sentences tied to the field they concern, and there is a hidden anti-spam field that no person ever sees.
The form accepts no attachments. If you want us to look at a rent roll, a supplier invoice or an existing ancillary cost statement, email it and say in the message that it is on its way.
One address handles sales, support, Private Cloud and everything else. Unlike the form it accepts attachments, so it is the right route for rent rolls and supplier documents.
- A question about the product — scope, module boundaries, whether your case fits
- Pricing and plans — allowances, overage, which optional modules you actually need
- Utility rebilling in my portfolio — sub-metering, standing charges, consumption splits, reconciliation
- Migrating existing data — what you hold now and how it maps onto the portfolio hierarchy
- Private Cloud deployment — single-tenant hosting, the SLA, white labelling, mirrored backups
- Onboarding, training or support — the onboarding package and what happens in the first six weeks
- Security, GDPR or a data processing agreement — hosting, isolation, per-user credentials
- Something else — press, partnership, a further integration, or none of the above
The bands run from a single private holding up to portfolios past the Extended allowances. Pick the one that comes closest, or say it does not apply — nothing you choose here commits you to a plan, and we will work the rest out from your description.
Put your Workspace ID in the message. Support can then look at the right account immediately, and any session taken on your behalf uses supervised user switching, which is recorded in an audit trail you can review.
The box is unticked when the page loads and cannot be pre-ticked. Ticking it covers answering your enquiry and nothing else: it is not a subscription, and nothing on this page feeds an advertising network or a third-party lead tool.
A network or server failure loses nothing — try again, or write to the address above. Several messages in quick succession are rate limited, which is an anti-spam measure applied per IP address and not a judgement about you.
Consent and data protection
What happens to what you type here
The form collects the minimum needed to answer you. Nothing on this page feeds an advertising network or a third-party lead tool.
- Consent is explicit and unticked — the consent box is empty when the page loads and cannot be pre-ticked, and submission is blocked until you tick it yourself
- Purpose limitation — your details are used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence — they are not sold, not passed to advertising partners and not enriched from third-party data sources
- Retention — enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted once the correspondence is closed and any legal retention period has passed; if you want yours removed sooner, say so and it will be
- Your rights — you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time — one email is enough, with no form and no justification required
- Controller — Webservices Engineering GmbH, Germany, is the controller for data submitted through this form, and the full company record including register details is on the legal notice page
Consent for a reply is never bundled with anything else. Withdraw it at any time by writing to real-estate-management@webservices-engineering.de, and put "data protection" in the subject line if the request is about access, correction or deletion.
After you send it
What happens next
Four steps, with no automated sequence in between. The timings below are what we aim for, not a contractual response time.
-
Confirmation
The page confirms immediately and a copy of your message goes to the address you gave, so you have a written record of what you asked and when you asked it.
-
Routing
Your chosen topic decides who reads it. Rebilling and migration questions go to the people who wrote that part of the system rather than to a first-line queue that forwards them anyway.
-
A written answer first
We answer in writing before proposing a call. Most scope, pricing and migration questions are settled in one exchange, and a written answer is something you can forward to a colleague.
-
A walkthrough, if it is warranted
If a live walkthrough would help, we agree a time. We aim to reply within one working day; that is a best-effort intention from a small team, not a service level agreement.
Contractual response times exist only under a Private Cloud agreement, which carries a maximum four-hour intervention during working hours and 24 hours outside them. Enquiries sent through this page are handled on a best-effort basis, usually within one working day.
Other routes
Reaching us without the form
The form is convenient, not compulsory. Everything below reaches the same team.
One address handles sales, support, Private Cloud and everything else. It accepts attachments, which the form does not — use it for rent rolls and supplier documents.
Company record
Webservices Engineering GmbH is a German company. Register details, managing director and the full legal address are published on the legal notice page, together with the vendor site webservices-engineering.de.
Phone
There is no published support hotline — a two-person queue would only be theatre. Leave a number and a time window in the form and we arrange a call at an hour that suits you.
Existing customers
Include your Workspace ID. Support can then look at the right account, and any session taken on your behalf uses supervised user switching, which is recorded in an audit trail you can review.
Data protection requests
Access, correction, deletion and consent withdrawal requests go to the same address. Write "data protection" in the subject line and they are handled ahead of the sales queue.
Languages
Write in English or German. Correspondence in Romanian is usually possible too, and the interface itself runs in all three.
Skip the queue
If you already know what you need
Not every visitor needs a conversation first. Three routes cover most of the ones who do not.
Open a workspace
If you have read the module list and the plan allowances and the answer is obviously yes, start at the signup page. You will need to decide two things: which plan matches your portfolio size, and which optional modules you actually want — Rentals & Contracts, Utility Billing, Accounting & Invoicing Integration and Investment & Business Analyses are each charged per month at the published rate and can be added later.
Work out the figure yourself
If your portfolio sits above the Extended allowances, look at the pricing page before writing. Overage beyond Extended is charged per property, per housing unit, per room or common space and per gigabyte, all from the published rates, so you can calculate the monthly figure yourself rather than waiting for a quote.
Discuss a dedicated deployment
If shared infrastructure is not an option — a public body, an auditor's requirement, a white-labelled deployment under your own brand — read the Private Cloud page and then write with "Private Cloud" as the topic. That conversation covers the dedicated EU data centre, backups mirrored to your own office, high availability, 24/7 monitoring and the SLA, and it is worth having properly rather than in a form field.
Questions
Asked before most enquiries
How quickly will I get an answer?
We aim to reply within one working day, and usually do. That is a best-effort intention from a small senior team, not a service level agreement. Contractual response times apply only under a Private Cloud contract, which carries an SLA with a maximum four-hour intervention during working hours and 24 hours outside them.
Will I be put into a sales sequence?
No. The consent box on the form covers answering your enquiry and nothing else. It is unticked when the page loads, it is never a condition wrapped around anything other than the reply, and you can withdraw consent at any time by email.
Can I send documents with my enquiry?
Not through the form — it accepts no attachments. Send rent rolls, supplier invoices or an existing ancillary cost statement to real-estate-management@webservices-engineering.de instead, and mention in the form that they are on their way. Documents help most when the question is about utility rebilling or migration.
Is there a phone number?
No published hotline. Leave a number and a time window in the form and we arrange a call. Written answers come first for a reason: most questions about scope, plan allowances, allocation keys or migration are settled in one written exchange that you can forward to a colleague afterwards.
Who is behind the product?
Webservices Engineering GmbH, a German company, builds and operates Real Estate Management. It is a small senior engineering team and a focused specialist product rather than an enterprise suite. Register details are on the legal notice page, and the about page explains how the product came to exist.
Next step
Tell us what you administer
One paragraph about your portfolio and your current bottleneck is enough for us to say whether this product fits. If it does not, we will say that too.
We aim to reply within one working day, in writing, from a person who works on this software.
